When will my order arrive?

As soon as your item is shipped, you will automatically receive an updated email confirmation that includes a tracking number for your order. Orders typically ship 2 business days after they are placed. If items are ever backordered due to high demand, we will communicate updated shipping timelines prior to purchase. Do you ship internationally? What countries?

Yes, we ship internationally and to all countries! Please place your order through our shop and follow the prompts to successfully ship your purchase to your desired location.

Do you offer Free Shipping to Canada?

We have recently opened a warehouse in Canada to lower the cost of import fees, duties and taxes. This has also allowed us to offer free shipping for orders over $45.00*

What is BTH refund & return policy?

We want to ensure that you have a great experience with your products. Our support team is here to help you answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues. 1. Returns are available only for customers that purchased directly from website. 2. Customers can request a return within 30 days of the order being delivered. 3. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. Customers who wish to exchange may purchase their desired product as a separate order before or after we refund the original item return. 4. Products must be completely unused with the packaging, manuals and any accessories intact and included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items will result in the return being declined.
